Salary range is:

$94,409.00 - $130,000.00

This position is bonus/commission eligible.

The Role

The Manager of Market Operations is responsible for all back end and back-office operations and processes which support the revenue and growth objectives of the Automotive and Insurance Markets. This includes assisting with data and technology governance, sales support, sales campaign enablement and management, back-end systems design and implementation, as well as overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. The area of responsibility for this role requires thorough knowledge of various company processes, including Sales, Marketing, Order Processing, Billing, and Implementation. The Manager of Market Operations will communicate effectively with members of each group to make sure all are aligned on business process and best practices within Salesforce CRM system and other tools utilized by the business.


Key Responsibilities:

Technology

  • Perform design validation and testing of all business-related changes that are implemented in a Salesforce release
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day activities of internal users in Salesforce CRM system and assist in prioritizing Salesforce enhancement items for bi-weekly releases
  • Assist in integrating various Marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM

Data & Operations

  • Responsible for Market Operations support for the CCC Marketing team, which includes supporting the planning and execution of sales campaigns, driving enhancements to technology, and providing data necessary for the Marketing team to analyze campaign performance.
  • Identify metrics needed to measure Marketing success and integrate/consolidate needed data points from various sources
  • Perform more complex, ad hoc data analysis for the Marketing team based on agreed-upon metrics.
  • Set up a framework to deliver the most appropriate marketing metrics reporting for CCC

Process

  • Continually evaluate and review internal processes to identify opportunities to create efficiencies
  • Participate in go-to-market activities for new products to ensure sales and billing readiness


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline such as Marketing, Management, Finance or Accounting
  • Strong prior work experience in process design, analysis, and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system is required
  • Expertise in marketing technology (including but not limited to marketing automation, demand and ABM, CRM, and third-party intent), data integration, data strategy, data management is recommended
