The hourly rate is:

$15.50 per hour

This position is bonus/commission eligible.

The Role

The Inbound Mailroom Associate will prepare mail for scanning, convert paper mail to electronic images via a high-speed scanner, validate scanned images, and file/store scanned mail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opens and prepares mail for scanning
• Operate high-speed scanner
• Validate images before uploading to the bill review system.
• Troubleshooting machine issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently is required.
• Ability to maintain TAT (Turn around Time) is required.
• Schedule Flexibility to work rotating late nights on Mondays and every other Saturday.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask is required.
• Flexible and team orientated is required,
• Knowledge of computer programs is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,
• Repetitive manual tasks.
