The hourly rate is:

$26.44 per hour

This position is bonus/commission eligible.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Operations Specialist is a key role on the HR team. This role’s primary responsibilities include completing daily operational tasks of the function, ensuring employees are supported, and implementing HR policies are implemented consistently and accurately. This role is part of our HR Shared Services function, which is a key partner to our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes all HR vendor purchase orders and invoices, including benefits invoices, to ensure billing and payment occurs timely and accurately
  • Coordinates the acknowledgment process for commission and sales incentive plans
  • Oversees the employment verification process through The Work Number and processes any related ad hoc requests
  • Facilitates the offboarding process for outgoing employees, including coordination of equipment returns
  • Processes tuition reimbursement and wellness credit payments and approvals
  • Responds to employee related requests, including those for unemployment and from terminated employees; coordinates with other departments on miscellaneous employee issues
  • Serves as the point of contact for electronic file retention, quality assurance, and documentation; ensures electronic files are properly stored in each employees Workday profile, as appropriate
  • May support other areas of HR, including, but not limited to annual compliance, EEO reporting, contract management, and background checks


Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of HR operations or related administrative experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and accountabilities
  • Process improvement mindset
