Salary range is:

$132,763.00 - $180,000.00

This position is bonus/commission eligible.

The Role

CCC is at the forefront of combating auto insurance fraud, a pervasive issue costing $100B annually in the US, and affecting every car owner via increased premium. We are in search of a seasoned Product Management leader to drive the transformation of fraud detection and resolution nationwide. This role will capitalize on CCC’s vast network, extensive cross carrier data, comprehensive workflow integrations, and cutting-edge AI solutions. Your mission will be to guide and exponentially grow CCC’s Anti-Fraud Product offering, ensuring it sets the standard in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the strategy, vision, and execution of CCC’s Anti-Fraud products, making significant contributions to the company’s product portfolio and market positioning.
  • Utilize CCC’s expansive network and data assets to innovate and enhance fraud detection capabilities, setting new industry benchmarks for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Engage closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, legal, and account management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Lead the ideation, validation, and execution of new product initiatives, from concept through launch, ensuring they meet the market's needs and CCC’s strategic goals.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization and the industry, staying abreast of the latest trends in fraud detection, technology, and regulatory environments.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, gathering insights that inform product development and strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (STEM, Finance, or Business majors preferred), MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Product Management within top-tier technology firms, consultancy, or equivalent, with a demonstrable track record in leading significant product initiatives.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies and design thinking/strategic design methodologies.
  • Proven ability in business case development, requirement gathering, design methodologies, working with customers, and leveraging financial and operational metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to navigate complex regulatory and contractual landscapes.
  • Previous domain expertise in the fraud detection and prevention area is a strong plus. Ideal candidates may have experience working within Special Investigations Units (SIU), fraud detection vendors, regulatory bodies, or similar organizations, bringing a rich understanding of the challenges and solutions in fraud management.
