Responsibilities
BytePlus is an enterprise-grade cloud service platform launched by ByteDance for global business clients. It primarily serves scenarios such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data, offering solutions including cloud infrastructure, AI services, and data analytics to help enterprises with technology development, data processing, and business intelligence transformation. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with business teams and play a key role in scaling this high-impact organization by hiring global talents. - Responsible for end-to-end recruiting, develop a deep understanding of the business and its talent profile, partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs, identify and deliver well-matched candidates with high quality and efficiency. - Continuously optimize the recruiting process, including but not limited to demand management, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and recruiting data analysis, to effectively improve recruiting return on investment. - Use market mapping, research, and other sourcing intelligence to provide the business with actionable market insights and help identify and engage top talent. - Develop and maintain a broad mix of recruiting channels, leveraging various sourcing channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs. - Lead and support recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting, employee referral / internal mobility programs, and interviewer training.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of recruiting experience. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with high interpersonal sensitivity and influence. - Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; open-minded and committed to continuous learning and growth. - Result-oriented, taking pride in every effort and outcome, and committed to building deep expertise in the recruiting field. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience supporting B2B businesses or AI businesses is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
