Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Datacenter Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities - To troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty components within a server. - To troubleshoot networking devices and cabling. - To interpret a server break fix ticketing system to determine what is required to address a server issue. - To manage data center inventory and assets. - Industry-recognized processes like change management and disaster recovery plans to manage data center availability risk(s).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or a related discipline. - Equivalent professional experience/certification in Engineering or facility management. Preferred Qualification(s) - Be willing to learn about how hyperscale Data Center works starting from the basics - Be willing to learn and practice what you have learned on the job. - Be willing to create a positive work experience for everyone to contribute/learn/grow with mutual respect and dignity despite working in a fast-paced environment. - Be willing to channel all creative energies to develop processes to make this a better workplace for everyone and avoid creating silos and division between teams.
