About the Team As the core nerve center of data centers, the power distribution system serves as the power source supporting full-site operation, while ELV control acts as the neural hub ensuring intelligent operation. The Electrical Team takes full responsibility for the technical architecture, management, and continuous innovation of both power supply and ELV control systems throughout the entire lifecycle of data centers. With our professional technical capabilities, we develop highly reliable, secure, efficient, stable, green and low-carbon power supply, distribution and intelligent control infrastructure for data centers worldwide, enabling rapid business rollout and sustained, stable operation. Role Responsibilities: - Assist in the electrical design of new and existing data center projects. - Support the review of electrical design drawings and technical documents for systems such as medium- and low-voltage power distribution, UPS, and diesel generator systems. - Collaborate with internal teams and external design consultants to ensure designs meet project requirements and company standards. - Help prepare technical documents, including design briefs, drawing review checklists, and construction specifications. - Support the review of supplier technical submissions, equipment specifications, and construction drawings. - Monitoring the quality of electrical equipment, including participating in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and tracking follow-up actions. - Provide technical support during construction, including design clarifications, site coordination, and reviewing engineering changes. - Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and project handover activities to ensure systems are delivered to the required quality standards. - Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical systems, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop design standards, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation or related disciplines; - Good understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, transformers, UPS, diesel generators, batteries, and other critical power infrastructure. - Familiarity with electrical engineering principles, design standards, and industry codes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise. - Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. - Willingness to travel to project sites when required and support construction, testing, and commissioning activities. - Passion for data center infrastructure, critical facilities, and engineering innovation. Preferred Qualifications: - Possess self-motivation and learning ability, with outstanding communication, organization, coordination and project delivery capabilities. - Internship, final-year projects, or research experience related to electrical systems, power distribution, or data centers will be an advantage. - Knowledge of electrical drawings and design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
