User Growth Operations Manager (Creator & Performance Marketing) - Live Streaming

Responsibilities
The Live Streaming User Growth team is dedicated to driving user acquisition and monetization for our overseas entertainment live streaming business. We focus on scaling new user growth, optimizing paying conversion, and building sustainable, ROI-driven growth engines across performance marketing channels and creator partnerships in international markets. As part of our team, you will work at the intersection of user growth, marketing strategy, and creator ecosystem development to unlock the next wave of growth for our live streaming products. Responsibilities - Drive overseas user growth for entertainment live streaming, with a core focus on new user acquisition and paying conversion to grow paying user scale and paying revenue. - Manage diversified growth channels by orchestrating performance marketing campaigns and creator partnerships to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI. - Build and operate a global creator and KOL partnership ecosystem; develop collaboration frameworks, marketing playbooks, content optimization guidelines, and performance tracking mechanisms. - Develop performance marketing strategies and budget allocation plans across channels based on platform traffic characteristics and user profiles; run A/B tests to continuously optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding to improve ROI and stabilize CAC. - Build a cross-channel attribution and data monitoring system; track conversion funnels in real time and establish a channel quality evaluation framework. - Identify user needs and behavioral patterns to design new user conversion strategies, and plan live streaming campaigns and operational activities that lift new user paying conversion efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in internet operations; background in live streaming, social, or entertainment products is preferred. - Proficiency in English as a working language is required, given that this role partners with global teams, overseas creators, and regional channel partners on a daily basis. - Demonstrated experience managing diversified user growth channels (e.g., performance marketing, creator partnerships) with the ability to integrate channels and design effective traffic and conversion funnels. - Strong data analysis skills, with a clear sense of cost control and ROI ownership. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven ability to drive projects with product, growth, and creator partner teams. Preferred Qualification(s) - Strong content sense and the ability to coach creators on producing authentic, high-engagement content for overseas social platforms. - Track record of successful low-cost creator partnerships or breakout content cases on overseas social media. - Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns for social or entertainment products. - Familiarity with attribution methodologies and channel quality evaluation frameworks across performance and creator marketing channels.
