Responsibilities
Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. Responsibilities: - Responsible for AI effect template & pro-use template operation, including monitoring external viral AI trends, brainstorming interesting new AI effect styles and analysing high-performance template genres - Plan and execute in-app or cobranding AI effect template production events to attract more creators to produce high quality AI effect templates for avid users in CapCut PH. - Manage top creator communities and host regular tutorial workshops to educate template creators polish their template making skills and improve template quality - Analyze data and metrics on content consumption and adjust executional plans to improve overall performance of AI effect templates and pro templates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - More than 1 year working experience in content related project management or operations. - Fluent in English and Tagalog. Preferred Qualifications: - Good knowledge of AI video making and editing (e.g. CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.) - Good community management and education skills. Good at presentation and workshop moderation. - Familiar with short video platforms viral content or social media trends. - Familiar with video editing software or applications (e.g. Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
