We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor capacity utilization, power consumption, asset lifecycle, and infrastructure performance. Provide data-driven insights to improve server deployment, workload distribution, and failure rate modeling. Track and report key operational metrics related to power, cooling, hardware reliability, and maintenance efficiency. Analyze server and power utilization trends to optimize data center capacity planning. Develop forecasting models for failure rates, wear-out components, and spare inventory management. Identify inefficiencies in server placement, power usage, and workload distribution to enhance operational stability. Work with engineering teams to automate data collection, ETL processes, and anomaly detection. Standardize operational metrics across global data centers to align with business and cost efficiency goals. Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for budget planning, operational efficiency, and risk management. Provide training and documentation on data tools and dashboards for internal teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Mining, preparing, cleansing, and analyzing structured data using statistical computing languages SQL, Python, or R for metrics creation, root cause analysis, and model preprocessing; Designing data schema, writing queries to extract data, and manipulating data through ETL processes in SQL; Analyzing historical data and applying root cause analyses to identify trends and patterns; Designing and modeling data warehouse to support data analytics, reporting, and data applications; and Conducting exploratory and predictive analysis using Python, R, or Scala programming language. Travel Requirement: International and domestic travel required up to 20%.
