Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing team builds campaigns that connect E-commerce with customers, creators, and partners. We manage consumer and business marketing, media, research, content, IP, and compliance. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. This role works cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life and drive measurable business impact. It partners closely with internal campaign managers, B2B marketing, creator managers, and broader teams across Marketing, PR, and Design to support the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns. Responsibilities - Plan and prepare for major marketing initiatives, such as Double Digits campaigns, webinars, events, and other large-scale seller or brand campaigns for our E-commerce platform. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of livestream content operations, product assortment strategy, and content planning to support campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, including managing design requests, coordinating resources, handling necessary permits, and maintaining clear communication across cross-functional teams. - Provide support for additional ad-hoc tasks and general responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline. - Able to commit 4–5 days per week. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks in 2026. - Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments with evolving timelines and shifting priorities. - Strong awareness of trends and the ability to leverage them effectively to enhance and promote campaigns. Preferred Qualifications - Able to commit to a full-time internship would be preferred. - Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn, with a proactive, hardworking, and self-motivated mindset. - Highly collaborative, adaptable, and open to change, with a positive attitude toward new challenges.
