Performance & Incentive Data Analyst - Global Projects

Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Performance & Incentives (P&I) Global Projects team drives the company’s international compensation and incentive agenda (excluding Mainland China), leading key initiatives such as Global Fair Compensation (pay equity, reporting, and transparency), Pay Compliance, Pay Policies, and Global Communication & Alignment across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Balancing strategy and execution, the team develops future-ready, system-driven compensation strategies that align with business goals, ensure global compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analytics & Modeling - Develop and implement advanced statistical models, such as multiple and logistic regression, to analyze key compensation elements, including base pay, incentives, long-term incentives (LTI), and performance metrics for pay equity. - Interpret complex compensation data using tools such as R, Python, SQL (or other similar analytics tool) to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. - Ensure all models meet legal standards, aligns with our compensation philosophy and reflects best practices in compensation analytics. 2. Project Management & Strategic Alignment - Lead and deliver global performance and incentive (P&I) projects - particularly in Global Fair Compensation - ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with business goals. - Balance statistical insights with compensation philosophy when developing policies, guidelines, and tools that are system-driven and future-ready. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while effectively navigating ambiguity, risks, and change. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to translate findings into meaningful strategies and gain buy-in. - Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. - Facilitate alignment with global compliance, pay transparency, and communication strategies across different regions, APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. 4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement - Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain alignment with internal policies. - Proactively identify opportunities for continuous process and project framework improvement. 5. Team Collaboration - Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing global P&I team through knowledge sharing, joint problem-solving, and support in team initiatives and meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, HR Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field. - Technical Expertise: Proven experience with tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel for managing, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets. - Professional Experience: more than 2 years of hands-on experience applying statistical models and predictive analytics to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate findings through clear visualizations and actionable strategies tailored to diverse audiences. - Ethics and Confidentiality: High standards of ethics and discretion, with demonstrated experience handling confidential information. - Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and lead discussions with stakeholders in English, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives. Preferred Qualifications - Industry Experience: Proven experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within Human Resources for a technology-focused organization. - Compensation Expertise: Familiarity with global pay equity legislation, compliance frameworks, and best practices in compensation governance.
