Responsibilities

About the Team: The Ethics Office was established with the goal of instituting and maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of integrity. The team achieves this goal through 4 main pillars:- 1) Developing an overarching ethical governance program, 2) Implementing and maintaining ethics policies and processes, 3) Providing education and awareness to employees via communications and training, and 4) Ensuring a highly ethical culture by encouraging employees to speak up and to ensure potential misconduct is properly investigated. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic business environment to join our APAC Training and Communications (T&C) team within the Ethics Office. This will be a third-party contractor position. As a crucial member of the APAC T&C team, you will play an important role in carrying out the following: - Drive awareness and understanding of Code of Conduct and relevant policies, to ensure comprehension of new and existing compliance issues, policies, and procedures through impactful training and communication programs. - Strategize, design and execute comprehensive internal training and communications initiatives and materials for the global audience, such as e-learning, workshops (hybrid/virtual), events, campaigns, collaterals, policy reminders and video content, ensuring that complex compliance requirements are conveyed through clear, practical and engaging formats. - Conceptualize and execute company-wide awareness and education campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring approaches for different audiences and regions. - Define and track success metrics to assess the reach, engagement, and effectiveness of training and communications initiatives, using insights to continuously improve impact. - Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on communications approaches, messaging, and employee engagement tactics. - Manage programs and projects with rigor, including planning, managing timelines, ensuring deliverables and coordination across cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - More than 5 years of working experience in implementing training and communications, preferably related to Code of Conduct/Ethics and Compliance topics. Individuals from corporate or internal communications backgrounds with relevant training experience are also encouraged to apply. - Demonstrated experience in owning and executing training and communications projects and in leading organizational change, preferably in a fast-moving, global company. - Strong project and program management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage various priorities, work on multiple projects with minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication, written and presentation skills, including experience facilitating discussions and trainings with senior leaders and diverse employee groups. - Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and globally. - A strategic and creative thinker with a strong execution mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Past experience with design or training software (Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Mentimeter or Canva) is beneficial. - Enthusiastic team player who is proactive and possesses the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
