Responsibilities

About the team PICO is the XR (Extended Reality) department of Bytedance. Founded in March 2015, PICO is a leading XR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on the XR all-in-one technology. PICO is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the U.S. market, including brand building, market positioning, and growth strategies. 2. Lead and coordinate the entire marketing team to ensure the efficient implementation of all marketing activities. 3. Deeply understand the target customer base, conduct regular market analysis and competitor research. 4. Closely collaborate with the sales team to drive the achievement of sales targets. 5. Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team to ensure that product features and selling points are accurately communicated in marketing activities. 6. Manage budgets to ensure that marketing activities are efficiently executed within the budget.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. At least 8 years of marketing experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a CMO role. 2. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with the ability to quickly adjust in a dynamic market. 3. Extensive experience in brand building and integrated marketing promotion. 4. Familiarity with the U.S market and consumer habits, with cross-cultural communication skills. 5. Excellent leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176800 - $375200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
