Responsibilities Deliver innovative solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to maximize the potential of the company’s in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other internal system applications, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs. Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses and gather user insights, with a strong focus on understanding business workflows and detailed product functionalities, to develop marketing strategies and best practices. Provide product feature development recommendations to a variety of key decision makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering personnel to optimize product operations and influence policy decisions. Assess and understand pain points of the business and devise a robust roadmap addressing long- and short-term solutions aligned with business goals and user needs. Apply technical acumen to produce detailed product design documents. Define and track performance metrics to measure project success and to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Analytics (any), Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Building highly technical and complex solutions in a startup or for CRM platforms; Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines to process and integrate large-scale datasets, transforming raw data into interactive dashboards and detailed analytical frameworks to optimize strategies and uncover market opportunities; Automating processes, streamlining workflows, and digitizing complex operational systems to ensure scalability, accuracy, and seamless integration across business functions; and Developing and implementing system architecture design, data modeling, and technical product documentation to make data-driven decisions to influence technical and business partners. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
