Responsibilities Build long term partnerships with agencies and brands by providing strategic solutions through consultation, education, and support to drive business results on the platform. Analyze market intelligence and case studies to identify market trends and make business recommendations to agency partners. Utilize internal and external data to create sales propositions and presentations. Monitor and assess revenue performance across agency portfolio to identify and implement initiatives for revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional enterprise partnership teams to develop processes and workflows for new opportunities and product adoption, ensuring improvement of product, process and client relationships. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising; Self-serve platform, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying; Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies or talent, within the social media industry; Providing data analytics, including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights for internal team and external clients, to identify opportunities to grow revenue; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; and Providing business strategy to clients including developing roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) strategies; and analyzing revenue growth, efficiency, and ROI using Excel. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199410 - $209410 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
