Responsibilities Lead Data Center Infrastructure energy planning and budgeting process, including managing global energy supply portfolio as well as working with both internal and external stakeholders to use machine learning to analyze power consumption patterns and forecast future demand to support business growth. Engage and build relationships with government agencies, national and regional grid, and energy providers to drive power due diligence processes, identify the critical path for power delivery, and lock power supply via permitting and contracting for hyperscale data center delivery. Leverage Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Special Tariffs, Direct Wholesale Market Access, and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to meet sustainability and carbon goals. Drive internal and external stakeholders in a cross-regional structure to develop regional- and country-level development strategies and to conduct an array of analyses including power market overlook, grid reliability analysis, environment and investment policy, and regulation and local deployment risks to both identify future markets and to develop energy infrastructures and data center investments. Source sustainable power supply in selected countries and regions for digital infrastructure development. Continuously build up organizational excellence and operational efficiency on power and sustainability initiatives. Mentor junior and mid-level team members, providing technical guidance and expertise, and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Energy and Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Energy and Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Driving initiatives among cross-functional teams, including defining and managing program roadmaps and milestones, defining and managing key performance metrics and success criteria, planning program launches, and reporting program status to relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership; Collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks and to develop integrated controls; Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Organizing and coordinating project and program efforts of cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in support of multiple ongoing risk and compliance projects and programs; Assessing grid infrastructure and interconnection feasibility for data center site development by analyzing transmission access, nodal pricing, congestion risk, and substation design; and Developing energy market investment models to evaluate total cost of ownership, forecast power pricing, and guide capital allocation decisions across diverse geographies and regulatory regimes. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179421 - $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
