About the team PICO is the XR (Extended Reality) department of Bytedance. Founded in March 2015, PICO is a leading XR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on the XR all-in-one technology. PICO's Marketing and Sales Department is the core driver behind the global layout of its XR products. It fully oversees the brand building, product sales, retail expansion, user services, and various marketing operations of PICO products in the global market. At the headquarters business function level, it integrates multiple professional modules, including the Marketing Team, Sales/GTM Team, Retail Team, After-Sales Service Team, as well as frontline teams covering regions such as China, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This organization is accountable for the commercial success of PICO products. Responsibilities: 1. Based on the company's development goals and the characteristics of the U.S. consumer electronics market, formulate omni-channel sales strategies (covering both online and offline channels), annual sales plans and budgets, and clarify the development direction, objectives and tasks for each channel. 2. Oversee the management of online and offline sales teams, take charge of the recruitment, training, performance appraisal and incentives of team members, and build a highly efficient and collaborative sales team. 3. Be responsible for the company's overall sales performance, regularly track omni-channel sales data, conduct data analysis and review, promptly identify problems in the sales process and take targeted measures to resolve them, so as to ensure the achievement of sales targets. 4. Continuously monitor the dynamics of the U.S. consumer electronics market, competitors' sales strategies and channel layouts, collect and analyze market information, and provide a basis for the adjustment and optimization of the company's omni-channel sales strategies. 5. Work closely with departments such as Product GTM (Go-to-Market), Marketing Promotion and Supply Chain, to ensure effective connection between product supply, brand promotion and other links with sales work, and provide strong support for omni-channel sales.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields. 2. Possess over 5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including at least 5 years of omni-channel (online + offline) sales management experience; candidates with U.S. market sales management experience are preferred. Be familiar with the rules of U.S. online e-commerce platforms and the operation mode of offline retail channels. 3. Demonstrate excellent strategic planning ability, team management ability, market analysis ability and resource integration ability; have rich experience in formulating and implementing omni-channel sales strategies, and have successful cases of leading teams to achieve high-value sales targets in previous work. 4. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141000 - $313600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
