Responsibilities

About the team This team helps Mom, Baby and Health marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. In this role, you are required to plan, review and execute the campaigns for the Mom, Baby and Health Category. Responsibilities - Plan campaigns according to the characteristics of local users, be able to plan marketing play for different types of promotion needs (Livestream/short videos/showcase/shopping center), and create platform resources strategy (traffic/promotion/communication) - Monitor and evaluate critical data metrics of campaign performance, identify operational improvements, and focus on incremental efficiency and advertising revenue - Drive platform growth through marketing campaigns - Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring and reporting - Collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant course of study - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce company and involve in campaign management (platform or category campaigns) - Excellent stakeholder and project management skills - Strong sense of responsibility, good at cross-team communication and collaboration - Self-motivated and a quick learner - Passion, creativity and patience Preferred Qualifications - Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with external partner - Excellent numerical, analytical, critical, and strategic thinking skills - Detect and solve problems through the use of quantitative & qualitative data - Direct E-Commerce experience
