Role Introduction This role focuses on content operations for the US market, with content strategy and creative insight as core capabilities. The ideal candidate can translate social topics and trends into scalable UGC content opportunities and vertical use cases through sharp observation and strategic thinking. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of UGC, creators, and template-based content, with some experience in scaled creator or platform operations. Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end content operations for CapCut in the US market. Identify content opportunities with growth potential based on in-app performance data, social media trends, and regional cultural insights. Develop and optimize content strategies aligned with target user profiles and context. Participate in managing content production cadence, collaborate with CapCut template creators to calibrate content direction, and amplify high-quality content reach and influence through in-app campaigns and cross-platform distribution. - Strengthen content diversity and expand content impact. Continuously identify and onboard high-quality creators aligned with platform needs and regional content trends, building a sustainable creator ecosystem. Through strategic creator partnerships and co-creation, establish differentiated content advantages and enhance content richness, creator activity, and overall platform influence in the market. - Creator education and platform guidance. From a creator-centric perspective, identify pain points and capability gaps in content understanding, creative expression, or tool usage. Provide training and guidance on content strategy, creative direction, and editing approaches to help creators improve content quality and achieve consistent output. Participate in designing creator incentive mechanisms and community guidelines to motivate creators and support a sustainable content ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in content operations or content strategy; Bachelor’s degree or above; basic video editing skills required - Familiar with the short-form video platform and trends across major platforms and interest-based communities (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Reddit, etc.), with strong awareness of cultural context - Strong content sensitivity with the ability to identify potential viral trends and high-potential creators Preferred Qualifications: - Experience operating personal or organizational social media accounts is a plus. - Data-aware mindset with the ability to analyze content performance based on core metrics and propose optimization strategies. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural global team environment

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
