Be responsible for providing materials such as comprehensive solutions and reports to customers, guiding customers to recognize and accept them, and facilitating business cooperation; 2. Responsible for technical communication, solution communication, product demonstration, etc. with customers, and participate in technical communication, POC, etc. with project stakeholders; 3. Responsible for closely collaborating with internal Project Managers, Product Managers, colleagues in finance, taxation, and law, etc., to drive project processes to the pre-sales and in-sales stages; 4. Participate in communication and coordination between internal products and the R&D department to promote the implementation of solutions and product iteration, including business models, project progress, product and service delivery, etc.; 5. Collaborate with frontline personnel such as sales in bidding work, prepare the technical section of the bid document, and provide support for bidding and bid presentation; 6. After the contract is placed, prepare the Statement of Work for the project and drive the project into the pre-sales implementation and delivery phase.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Experienced in implementing overseas LLM or Agent-related projects, possess at least one oindustry experience in sectors such as scientific research, finance, education, manufacturing, government affairs, etc., and have in-depth understanding of enterprise application solutions in that industry; 2. Have a good technical background, understand technologies related to LLM, Agent, and RAG, and have in-depth understanding of private cloud or AI enterprise IT architecture; 3. Possess excellent hands-on skills, have experience in delivering and implementing solutions for enterprise users, and be able to solve specific technical problems in product applications
