About the Team The operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities -Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation; -Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates; -Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives; -Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance; -Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records; -Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; -Good communication skills, both written and verbal; -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); -Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges; -Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally. Preferred Qualifications -Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
