You can help us to achieve our mission. What you will be doing: We are looking for a Field Marketeer for Hong Kong. You will be responsible for developing the marketing plan for the Hong Kong market as well as the responsibility of executing marketing campaigns and strategies in the field, with the goal of promoting the brand, generating leads, and driving sales. Responsibilities: 1. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns: Work with stakeholders across product, strategy, sales and marketing to develop a marketing plan for Hong Kong utilising marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments to build effective marketing strategies. 2. Cross Functional team collaboration: Collaborate closely with other functional teams, locally and globally, to define & deliver your marketing plan. - Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales/SE teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and marketing-driven campaigns and promotion strategies 3. To work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that are tailored to Hong Kong. This could involve creating promotional materials, planning events or activations, and coordinating with local partners. 4. Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective campaigns. They will analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, and other factors that can influence marketing strategies. 5. Building relationships with vendors and local partners: To work closely with vendors, organizations, and other partners to build brand awareness and drive sales. This could involve organizing joint promotions or events, co-branding initiatives, or other collaborations. 6. Managing events and on ground execution: Responsible for planning and executing events and activations, such as product launches, roundtables, workshops, webinars and trade shows. This involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly. 7. Tracking and analyzing campaign results: Must track the results of campaigns and use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaign and identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to execution approach. 8. Reporting to management: Responsible for reporting on the success of country marketing campaigns to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. 9. Crafting compelling marketing copy and narratives in both English and Chinese that resonate with a local audience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in Field Marketing - Strategic with good executional skills - High oral and written fluency in Mandarin to collaborate closely with stakeholders in Mainland China. Preferred Qualifications - Project management and executional skills - Stakeholder management skills - Good understanding and proven ability to develop good marketing plan and deliver results - Ability to navigate ambiguity - Advanced AI Marketing experience(prefer): Experience marketing complex AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs), to technical and business audiences. - Developer & Community Marketing experience (prefer): Proven track record of building and executing programs for technical communities, such as hackathons, developer meetups, and workshops.
