Responsibilities Provide strategic recommendations and optimizations of ads by monitoring and analyzing ad campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights. Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign. Build, grow, and manage day-to-day client relationships with advertisers/agencies of all sizes within the retail industry. Support and work with the sales team on presale research and pitch. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Developing marketing or advertising campaigns from inception to completion, including ideation, direction, coordination, and execution; Digital advertising, including the following: (1) campaign execution and analysis; and (2) analysis of market penetration of competitive products; Analyzing advertising objectives and managing marketing budgets, including Profit and Loss (P&L); Planning, managing, and executing self-serve media campaigns; Social media marketing, including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring targeting behaviors and demographics; and Translating large data sets from Excel and dashboards into actionable takeaways and insights reported to clients. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $85800 - $133334 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
