We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Design and optimize pricing strategy for logistics services. Monitor the logistics profit and loss (P&L) of US markets. Design the revenue management framework and pricing solution for global fulfilment and logistics services. Set metrics for pricing effectiveness and achieve target profitability and transaction growth for E-commerce businesses. Analyze the current logistics cost structure and indicators, identify key factors and potential risks, design optimization plans, and regularly review the effectiveness of the implementation of improvement measures. Design rate card and subsidy policy, monitor the market logistics price and ensure that the rate card is set in line with the market fluctuation trend. Work with user growth, category operation, merchants management, product, finance and logistics and supply solutions to devise strategic pricing initiatives and drive profitability improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and optimizing logistics pricing strategy and models, including price benchmarking, price positioning, price sensitivity analysis, price optimization, segmentation and strategic discounting; Owning warehouse finance and profit and loss, including price/cost drivers; Analyzing current logistics cost structure and indicators, including identifying key factors and potential risks, designing optimization plans, and reviewing effectiveness of the implemented improvement measures; Optimizing costs of logistics operations by continuous improvement in warehouse productivity, wage optimization, labor management and asset management; Designing rate card and subsidy policies for logistics; and Working with fulfillment/warehouse operations, middle mile, or last mile transportation. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $245066 - $273600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
