Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across full product development and deployment project lifecycle for conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features. Apply an understanding of our core business, analytics requests, and decision-making needs to develop data products for the international market based on market characteristics and industry data standards. Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems for data collection and data analysis ensuring metrics and reports are targeted towards continuous product development, innovation, improvement, and optimization. Plan data product functions by analyzing and forming various e-commerce data indicators; use analytical models and data science methodologies to provide guidance for internal and external clients. Lead stakeholder discussions to define project scope, collect technical and functional business requirements, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions. Prepare and deliver detailed and effective project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features and translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items. Mentor individual Product Managers
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning and marketing; Using SQL to gather and analyze large quantities of data to investigate product issues and provide insights in support of product strategy decisions; Using Axure or Xmind design tools; and Experience with product flow chart drawing, writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and writing technical function description documents. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
