We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers. Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance and performance products. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve advertising offerings. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to proactively take initiatives to improve results and grow existing business. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team. Kick off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization. Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during campaigns. Work closely with the Creative team to provide clients with support including creative insights and creative strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Digital advertising, including: (1) campaign execution and analysis; and (2) analysis of market penetration of competitive products; Analyzing advertising objectives and managing marketing budgets, including Profit and Loss (P&L); Planning, managing, and executing self-serve media campaigns; Social media marketing, including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring targeting behaviors and demographics; and Translating large data sets from Excel and dashboards into actionable takeaways and insights. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88464 - $150417 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
