About the team Talent Acquisition Center - Global was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & delivery across the world for different business units at ByteDance sustainably. Our mission is to boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development. Responsibilities - Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with people's plans; - Work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver against hiring timelines; - Leverage networks to attract experienced, diverse, and driven talent; - Screen and assess candidates for both experience and culture fit; - Lead initiatives to improve and scale recruitment operations; - Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from application to offer, including interview coordination, salary recommendations, and reference checks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent management; - Proficient in data management and analysis; - Ability to implement hiring metrics and communicate insights with stakeholders. - Strong communication and organizational skills; - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; Preferred Qualifications - Attention to detail with experience designing and executing recruitment processes; - Experience in high-volume hiring, especially in back-office or quality assurance roles; - Passion for delivering a great candidate experience; - Creative problem-solver with a self-starter mindset; - Collaborative and positive team player who is ready to grow with us.
