Position Impact: We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take charge of our company's service outsourcing operations, with a particular emphasis on Third-Party Associate (TPA) services in the Americas (AMS) region. This role demands strategic thinking to secure cost-effective deals and reliable suppliers, the ability to identify resources for our rapidly expanding businesses across different sectors and regions in the AMS area, and close engagement with key stakeholders to define valid demands and optimal supplier strategies. Additionally, ensuring business compliance for effective risk control is a crucial part of this position. Responsibilities: 1. TPA Focused Sourcing - Thoroughly assess potential TPA suppliers, considering factors such as their local market presence, regulatory compliance capabilities in the AMS region, and their track record in handling complex outsourcing projects. 2. Process Optimization - Implement and optimize procurement processes specifically tailored to the TPA service landscape in the AMS region. This includes streamlining the tendering process, negotiating favorable contract terms, and leveraging local market insights to reduce costs without sacrificing service quality. - Continuously review and improve existing procurement procedures to enhance overall efficiency, taking into account the unique regulatory and cultural factors in the AMS region. 3. Supplier Performance Management - Manage TPA supplier deliverables in the AMS region, ensuring that they meet or exceed the agreed-upon service-level agreements. Establish performance measurement systems tailored to the TPA service providers in the region, aiming to increase vendor competition, secure supply, and enhance the efficiency and flexibility of TPA services. - Regularly evaluate TPA supplier performance, provide constructive feedback, and work with underperforming suppliers to develop improvement plans. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate closely with business owners across the AMS region, applying strong business acumen to define procurement and supply strategies for TPA services. Understand their specific business needs, growth plans, and pain points, and translate these into actionable procurement strategies. - Provide feasible and innovative advice to help businesses in the AMS region scale quickly, taking into consideration the local business environment, regulatory landscape, and the availability of TPA resources.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of progressive experience within the Professional Services indirect category. - Proficient in negotiation and contract management. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Skilled in data analysis, decision-making, and complex problem-solving. - Capable of handling ambiguity, managing conflicts, and navigating change. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Have relevant experience in TPA-related procurement in the AMS region or a similar geographical scope. - Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent). - Prior experience working in fast-paced multinational companies, preferably within the tech industry. - In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the region. - Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as SAP and Coupa. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106600 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
