Responsibilities Perform Enterprise Application (EA) system and business process optimization by understanding the mechanism, structure, and functionalities of internal business EA systems. Help the team in resolving issues regarding EA systems and to quantify new processes/solutions to evaluate/measure effectiveness of new processes/solutions. Perform data analysis to analyze user issues to optimize internal EA systems. Provide weekly issue reports and dashboards to stakeholders on top issues. Increase team efficiency by analyzing metrics, supporting training projects, and implementing solutions via user feedback projects. Work cross-functionally with the business, product, and engineering teams to build workflow processes and support EA system optimizations. Work with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives to increase the efficiency of the EA system workflow. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product managers to technically troubleshoot EA system issues. Assist and support training projects and user feedback projects.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Gathering and organizing data for EA system optimization solutions; Utilizing Excel and SQL to create and update dashboards; Identifying malfunctions of EA system, including system security risks, and working with cross functional teams to optimize the performance of EA system; Working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and UX teams, to assist users in solving technical issues in EA system; and Applying ring ratio to gather data of the EA system to understand and improve the EA system. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88837 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
