We are looking for a skills and creative hardware product manager to join us to build our VR/AR new product. - The Management Office of PICO serves the business CEO and the core management team. It is responsible for important tasks such as assisting in formulating medium and long-term business strategies, conducting user research and data analysis, executing investments and acquisitions, and establishing connections with strategic partners. Responsibilities: 1. Support PICO business leader and the core management team to devise medium- and long-term strategies for AR, VR, and AI. This involves comprehensive considerations in business models, technological advancements, and content ecosystem development. 2. Undertake in-depth analysis of the strategic initiatives of mainstream companies. Continuously monitor shifts in technology trends, product evolutions, and organizational frameworks. 3. Systematically track and research emerging technology companies. Proactively explore investment, acquisition prospects, or potential partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field, such as engineering, or computer science. Have the ability to conduct in-depth technology strategy research. - 5+ years in strategy, research, product, or business development, preferably in consumer electronics, VR/AR, semiconductors, display & optics, AI industry. - Possess prior strategic work or research experience. Exhibit exceptional learning agility and a down-to-earth, practical mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Have investment experience, with a preference for individuals who approach investments from a strategic perspective rather than being solely deal-driven. - Have hands-on AI work experience, preferably in a relevant industry context. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150000 - $250000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
