About Team As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Europe, Japan and South Korea. Now we are looking for experts in image pipeline to join us to build our AR/VR imaging team. Responsibilities - Design and layout high density printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer & Cadence Allegro - Make component symbols and footprint libraries. - Design from early placement through routing and final rule checks. - Place high density and high quantity of components - Thorough and extensive understanding of Altium Designer & Cadence Allegro. Including all aspects of Constraint manager, Importing/exporting of a multitude of varying filetypes, design details, and processes. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality PCB designs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or related degree program with 5+ years of proven experience. - 5+ professional industrial layout experience in BOTH Altium Designer & Cadence Allegro. - 50+ highly complex boards experience using Altium Designer & Cadence Allegro. - Detailed knowledge of mixed signal PCB design layout, PCB manufacturing, and PCB assembly technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications - Schematic capture experience. - Board testing and bring-up experience. Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $126000 - $306000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
