Responsibilities Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs, and partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. Identify, attract, and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates. Continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill the hiring goal. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent company's culture in a meaningful way. Partner with your assigned business group(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Assist with cyclical HR programs, including performance management, engagement survey, and recognition. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case. Proactively assess employees, teams, and organizational development needs, and make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and implementing HR talent strategy, including talent attraction and retention; Partnering with employees, leaders, and/or HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management and potential disciplinary actions; Managing cyclical HR programs end-to-end within an organization to ensure internal compliance related to policies, processes, people management, and career development; Accessing, recommending, and implementing solutions to talent and organizational development needs, including employee learning and career needs; and Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities. Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% required. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
