We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Analyze and design effective compiler optimization. Implement or enhance code generation targeting mobile platforms. Conduct thorough analysis of compiler-generated code and identify opportunities for optimization and code refactoring. Design and implement compiler optimization algorithms, techniques, and strategies to improve the runtime performance of applications. Conduct performance profiling and benchmarking to evaluate the impact of optimization efforts and identify further areas for improvement. Analyze and improve the efficiency of our toolchains and build systems with compiler techniques. Collaborate with cross-product teams to deliver technical solutions and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and implementing software service architecture to support high throughput and fault tolerant services; Designing web applications with Java, Go, and Python programming languages; Designing and implementing user interfaces and scripts for mobile applications using Objective-c, Swift, JavaScript, or React Native; Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of back-end and cloud native projects; Designing, developing, implementing, testing, and documenting large scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, automated tools, systems, and services using C, C++, and Python; and Developing and maintaining debug and automation tools and test suites for feature and quality validation. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $226158 - $355000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
