We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Understand and follow the company’s expense and reimbursement policies domestically and internationally. Perform and improve the finance workflow set-up or restructure projects and financial standard operating procedures by regularly reviewing the business needs and balancing efficiency and risk. Identify needs to set up or enhance existing or new finance workflows to facilitate a new launch of product or policy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the finance workflow or policy. Design financial process and/or re-engineer financial process and review point based data analysis, including one-time pass rate and high-risk expenses analysis. Compile business requirements in collaboration with the operations teams and communicate these to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Must have 1 year of experience in the following: Financial system management and processing, including OA system, FSSC system, EAM system, Ariba system, Sun system, ERP System, or Helix System. Using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables to organize and report data. Reviewing accounts payable transactions daily to ensure correct coding of appropriate cost allocation, expense account, and billable entities; detecting and analyzing potentially fraudulent payments timely; and assisting in fraud elimination; and Reviewing contracts and monthly bills, including reviewing contracts to ensure the names and the signatories of the vendor and the company are correctly listed, collecting W9 for payments, issuing and tracking monthly payments, performing variance analysis on yearly expenses, and issuing 1099s. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $113901 - $160445 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
