About the Team The Talent Acquisition team at ByteDance manages a streamlined recruitment process for our research and engineering teams. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. Responsibilities - Own high volume interview scheduling and tracking process of 1:1 and panel interview; communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams promptly. - Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives to drive best in class approach to hiring. -Manage and amplify the candidate's experience from the initial conversation to the conclusion of the interview process. - Support multiple members of the talent acquisition team with 1:1 and panel interview This role is a 6-month temporary assignment payrolled through a third party agency
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years recruitment coordination experience. - Experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment or a willingness to learn. - Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications -Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environment - Past experience with an ATS, research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus. 【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $45.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
