About In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of sellers for our eCommerce Division. Your responsibilities include cross functional work with different departments, analyzing the market trend, not limited to providing insights and strategy which contribute to the growth of enablers. Responsibilities: - Familiar with different kinds of e-commerce scenarios, with experience in recommendation, search, channels or creators. Able to leverage Shoptab resources to drive growth in campaigns - Familiar with key metrics such as user entering rate and conversion rates, capable of breaking down these metrics to influencing factors, spotting opportunities and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find solutions and optimizing the consumer experience. - Possess an understanding of industry trends, able to integrate consumer strategies, product strategies, and merchant support strategies to encourage sellers to invest more in Shoptab, thereby driving transaction volume growth in the industry - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UG, Campaign, Category teams, and Creators to effectively identify requirements, formulate the proposal and follow up on results
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in E-commerce or Brands - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges Preferred Qualification - Direct experience in the eCommerce Industry - Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver - Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
