Join us. --- About The Service Supply Chain Team is looking for a Logistics Operations & Circular Manager to lead and drive data center program management in the execution level. This includes support and coordination of deployment of data center, look into end-to-end asset lifecycle management. A hyper-scaled data center comprises a massive hardware demography - product category, original manufacturer, years of warranty, cost, and efficiency. The individual we're looking for would be a fast learner who is able to grasp critical information, apply best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hands-on for execution. --- Responsibilities - Experienced in logistics operations, willing to be hands-on to drive onsite activities. - Drive self-warranty program's execution, review replenishment cadence, failure rate, consumption history to improve capacity handover. - Drive operational excellence for data center activities, review operation's KPI, initiate continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage RMA activities in data centers, evaluate vendor's performance and drive initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive various project and program initiatives. - Experience in using WMS, ERP systems to pull, and analyze data to comply with internal and external audits & financial compliance. - International travel requirement: with expectations of travel comprising approximately 10% to 20% of the time. Destinations include, but are not limited to, China, Europe, and South Asia. Candidates must possess a valid passport and have the ability to secure the necessary visas for these regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field - 3-5 years of Supply Chain and logistics management experience, 2-3 years Data Center and Infrastructure knowledge - Experience executing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies - Must be "hands-on" and willing to roll up sleeves to support operational activities and be a self-starter. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data center hardware, including servers and network equipment. - Experience with managing RMA, Reverse and Circular activities. - Experienced in using WMS, ERP systems and the ability to analyse data using visualisation tools like Tableau. --- ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
