About the Team The team is working on the next generation large language model-based applications. Our focus is on the artificial intelligence, leveraging our expertise to develop sophisticated AI algorithms that can understand, learn, predict, and significantly improve user experience. We aim to revolutionize the way we interact with machines, making them more intuitive and human-like than ever before. Driven by a commitment to excellence and a robust understanding of AI capabilities, we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in language model-based applications. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement advanced algorithms for AI applications to drive exploration and application of cutting-edge technologies. - Improve natural language understanding, including intent recognition, structured/unstructured, characterization learning for short/long texts, etc. - Responsible for the full-stack development of large-scale machine learning systems and recommendation systems, exploring the personalized application of ultra-large-scale models. - Apply LLM-related techniques to explore information finding within large model-based AI applications.
Qualifications
- Strong design and coding capability, able to deliver high quality design and code. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see the essence of the problem from complicated data. - Proficient in one or more algorithmic strategies, such as NLU, Recall, or Sort. Familiarity with the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. - Experience in algorithm development such as large-scale search, recommendation, LLM system. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
