Campaign (ABM) and Event Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Campaign and Event Marketing Lead to own multi-threaded campaigns, inclusive of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & events. In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that engage key accounts, while also leading event strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate closely with sales, content, and product marketing teams to create personalized, high-impact experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
  • Run multi-threaded campaigns across email, digital ads, social, direct mail, and events.
  • Own event marketing strategy, including industry conferences, customer events, field events, and executive roundtables to support demand generation and brand positioning.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to align ABM and event strategies with account plans.
  • Leverage first-party data, intent signals, and firmographics to craft personalized content and messaging.
  • Drive pre, during, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to execute high-impact event experiences.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns and events for pipeline growth and ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase) to enhance personalization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, demand generation, event marketing, or field marketing.
  • Proven success in launching and managing ABM and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading event marketing efforts, including planning, execution, logistics, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across email, social, paid media, and direct mail.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker with a track record of developing unique, high-impact marketing campaigns and event experiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset—able to track, measure, and optimize campaign and event performance for pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors to scale marketing efforts.
  • Experience with customer experience events, VIP experiences, or executive-level engagement strategies.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology marketing targeting enterprise accounts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction finance, CRE lending, or financial technology industries is a plus.

Built’s salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
