Your Scope of Duties
- Brand Evolution: Shaping and evolving the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to enhance customer engagement and market presence.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media platforms.
- Cross Functional: Directing, developing, and supporting a team while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Campaign Optimization: Balancing data-driven decision-making with innovative execution to optimize brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- Consistency & Quality: Ensuring all creative outputs, from social media to website assets, maintain high aesthetic standards and technical optimization.
- Collaboration: Brief and collaborate with the in-house Creative Team to develop on-brand assets for campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Coordination: Coordinate and manage brand campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and performance tracking.
Our Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2C brand marketing, preferably within e-commerce or the optical industry.
- Customer-Centricity: A deep understanding of audience segmentation, consumer behavior, and insights-driven marketing strategies.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong ownership and leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Analytical & Creative Balance: A proven ability to use analytics for decision-making without losing sight of innovative, creative campaign execution.
- Tech & UX Literacy: Familiarity with modern design tools (including AI-driven workflows) and an understanding of UX principles for digital brand consistency.
- Strategic Proactivity: A proactive approach to shaping brand strategy and translating high-level ideas into measurable market results.
- Must be proficient in English and Polish language.
- Knowledge of German language is desirable.
