What we offer:

• 6-Month Employment Phase: Work as an employee while simulating self-employment to prepare for independent management.
• Financial Security: During this phase, you will receive a commission of at least 35% on all store sales. From this commission, you will cover personnel and rental costs. We guarantee that at least 3,000 euros will remain after these costs.
• Comprehensive Training: Intensive training and continuous support to develop your entrepreneurial skills.
• Regular Evaluation: Ongoing evaluation and feedback to optimally prepare you to self-employment.

After the employment phase:

• Transition to Self-Employment: Opportunity to independtly manage the store if mutually agreed.
• Attractve Conditions: Low monthly management fee of only 600 euros.
