What you’ll do

We’re seeking an exceptional Staff Brand Producer to join as a senior member of the Creative Operations team. In this role, you’ll set the bar for production excellence at Brex and help shape the systems, processes, and standards that enable the team to deliver world-class creative work.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll drive the execution of complex, multi-channel creative projects while also influencing how production scales across the company. You’ll combine strategic oversight with tactical excellence, ensuring the right structures, vendors, and workflows are in place to deliver ambitious creative at pace and with impact.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco or New York office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production across major brand campaigns and product launches, spanning film and photo shoots, customer stories, web, OOH, digital, and experiential activations.
  • Independently lead complex, multi-channel productions, translating creative vision into executable plans that balance ambition with operational rigor.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively surface solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality.
  • Build and manage detailed budgets and schedules with full accountability for on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, securing favorable terms while safeguarding IP.
  • Partner with the Director of Creative Ops to design and refine scalable processes and tools that enable both speed and breakthrough creative.
  • Identify and remove systemic roadblocks that slow down the creative process.
  • Define and uphold benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and vendor performance across the production function.
  • Act as the connective tissue between brand, design, marketing, engineering, and external partners, ensuring alignment at all levels.
  • Champion a culture that balances creative freedom with operational discipline.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, adapting your approach to stakeholders ranging from executives to external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in production roles within creative studios and in-house brand teams.
  • Proven track record of independently managing large-scale, integrated campaigns and launches in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges of producing in high-growth tech or innovation-driven companies.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills; steady under pressure with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict, build alignment, and lead diverse teams toward a shared outcome.
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, and confident in commanding the room.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude - you elevate team culture, inspire trust, and bring energy that motivates those around you.

Bonus points

  • Experience working with tools including but not limited to Figma, Asana, Slack, Google Apps, AI, DAM.
  • Experience working on products in both B2B and B2C companies.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $187,00 - $234,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
