Job Description

The Senior officer Global Corporate Communications, will lead the charge in establishing external
brand authority and driving Believe’s global narrative towards internal and external stakeholders.
Moving beyond traditional engagement, this role is focused on building brand equity and securing
Believe’s position as a dominant voice in the digital music industry.

The responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for synthesizing complex corporate performance data into
compelling storytelling that reinforces Believe’s market leadership.
You will serve as the guardian of the "single source of truth" for Believe’s corporate identity,
developing a high-level editorial strategy that sets us apart from the competition.

  • Bespoke narratives: your editorial calendar will focus on Believe’s unique "tailored approach, explicitly counteracting the "standard formula" of major labels
  • Tech-empowered edge: you will create content that promotes our technological superiority and how our digital expertise accelerates success for music entrepreneurs globally
  • Visual and tonal command: you will mandate strict adherence to the visual and tonal identity
  • Global data rigor: you will be responsible for the factual precision of all external communications

Corporate campaigns leadership will also be part of your key responsibilities, including the following
large-scale initiatives:

  • Global radiance, both internal and external: you’ll support the Believe network across 50+ countries to ensure consistency on corporate matters, as well as streamlined internal comms patterns, from onboarding to efficient distribution of information
  • Global Responsibility & CSR: in full collaboration with the CSR team within the company, you will define the external narrative for our commitment to shaping the music for good.

This involves positioning Believe as a protector of local cultures against digital homogenization and
a champion of sustainable music ecosystems.

  • Speaking opportunities’ management for leaders outside of Music scop Last but not least, you will architect and oversee the global corporate content engine, ensuring a unified and high-impact presence across all owned and earned channels.
  • Omnichannel strategy: you will design and execute a comprehensive corporate content framework that translates Believe’s strategic pillars into high-value assets (corporate presentations, white papers, thought-leadership articles, and digital features) for a global B2B audience
  • Global content governance: you will establish the workflows and standards for content development, acting as the final editorial gatekeeper to ensure every piece of global content adheres to the "single source of truth" for the Believe narrative
  • Performance optimization: you will implement data-driven methods to measure the reach and resonance of corporate content, iteratively refining the editorial strategy to maximize Believe’s share of voice in the digital music ecosystem Profile requirements
  • Professional background: Minimum of 8+ years in Corporate Communications or an equivalent external-facing strategic role.
  • Linguistic mastery: Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken) is a non-negotiable requirement
  • High-Stakes experience: Proven track record in an international, fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate the complexities of complex corporate entity
  • Strategic Skill Set: exceptional storytelling abilities, and the ability to drive stakeholder buy-in at the highest levels of management.

Qualifications

We are looking someone with Professional background: Minimum of 8+ years in Corporate Communications or an equivalent external-facing strategic role

  • Linguistic mastery: Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken) is a non negotiable requirement
  • High-Stakes experience: Proven track record in an international, fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate the complexities of complex corporate entity
  • Strategic Skill Set: exceptional storytelling abilities, and the ability to drive stakeholder buy-in
