Job Description

We are looking for a confirmed Product Manager with a strong focus on UX and Front-End to join our Catalog Experience team.

The Catalog Experience Team
The mission of the Catalog Experience team is to offer Believe’s clients the best possible experience through a clear and relevant view of their catalog, while enabling internal teams to access catalog management tools more quickly and efficiently on a daily basis.
Catalog Experience is a central pillar of the product: it directly impacts adoption, understanding, and overall performance.
You will work closely with the Product Design department and lead a squad composed of 4 developers.

Your role
You are responsible for the value delivered on your scope, end to end:

  • Identify business and market needs
  • Understand user problems
  • Design and de-risk solutions
  • Lead delivery
  • Measure impact and adoption

Missions:
Discovery & user understanding

  • Structure and lead a continuous discovery approach (FOCUSED methodology, Opportunity Solution Tree, JTBD)
  • Conduct user research and analyze data
  • Identify friction points in catalog-related user journeys
  • Turn insights into concrete product opportunities

Strategy & prioritization

  • Build a roadmap focused on outcomes rather than outputs
  • Align stakeholders (Product, Tech, Operations, Support, Sales, Marketing)
  • Make and communicate trade-offs with clarity and transparency

Design & delivery

  • Co-design solutions with Product Design
  • Validate assumptions through prototyping and user testing
  • Act as the functional reference for the squad
  • Ensure a high level of UX/UI quality on Front-End deliveries

Impact, launch & continuous improvement

  • Define success metrics (usage, adoption, satisfaction)
  • Manage product launches, ensuring clear communication both internally and externally
  • Support teams in understanding and adopting new features and their value
  • Monitor post-launch performance and drive iterations

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong UX and Front-End sensitivity
  • Proven experience across the full product lifecycle
  • Solid discovery practices (FOCUSED, Opportunity Solution Tree, JTBD)
  • Comfortable working with modern technical environments (React, APIs, integrations)
  • Data-informed decision making
  • Practical use of AI in daily Product Manager work
  • Fluent French and professional-level English required

What will make the difference

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • High level of empathy for users and teams
  • Autonomy and strong sense of ownership

If you do not meet 100% of the criteria but are excited about the Catalog Experience challenges, we strongly encourage you to apply.
