Job Description

About the role

Ready to build the future of Music Tech? At Believe, you will work at the heart of the digital music revolution, delivering data products that empower top-tier artists and drive strategic partnership with global giants like TikTok, Spotify, and YouTube.

Depending on the projects, the role will alternate between delivering deep analytical insights and designing analytics products or data-driven prototypes, with a strong ownership on delivery and coordination across data teams. You will operate within a mature data ecosystem, leveraging a central Snowflake data warehouse and coordinate with dedicated Data Platform, Data Insights and Data science teams for upstream data preparation and modeling.

What you will do:

  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor for Marketing teams, translating business challenges into clear analytical frameworks and actionable visualisations.

  • Strategic Insights: Deliver deep-dive analyses that directly influence strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Analytics Product Building/ Data-driven discovery & prototyping. Lead lightweight product discovery through data-driven prototyping, quickly validating business hypotheses before industrialization.

    • Advanced Power BI dashboards and sophisticated data models.

    • Operational automation and lightweight tools using low-code / no-code solutions.

  • Data ecosystem Collaboration: Act as the bridge between specialized data teams and business needs. You will:

    • Partner with Data Scientists and Insights Analysts to industrialize marketing initiatives and turn advanced models into scalable, user-facing tools.

    • Collaborate with the Data Platform team to scope data requirements, guiding Data Engineers on ingestion priorities to ensure the Snowflake warehouse supports your product builds.

  • Reliability & Adoption: Ensure all solutions are robust, well-documented, and—most importantly—fully adopted by business users.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to level up data quality, accessibility, and overall analytics standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/ Data Product Manager, with a strong focus on building analytics products.

  • Comfortable operating in roles with evolving scopes, alternating between insight delivery, analytics prototyping and data project management depending on business priorities.

  • Power BI Expert: Deep expertise in data modeling, visualization, and creating intuitive user experiences.

  • Technical Versatility: Solid scripting skills in Python and advanced SQL to bridge the gap between raw data and finished products.

  • Product Mindset: Comfortable owning the full lifecycle of a solution, from initial business discovery to final delivery.

  • Impact-Driven: Curious and pragmatic, you prioritize business value and user adoption over technical complexity.

  • Autonomous: Able to thrive in an environment where you are the lead builder for your scope, supported by a central data platform.

  • Communicator: Exceptional ability to translate complex data insights into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders. You are fluent in english.
