As Sales Support & Product Specialist, you will be the central contact for all incoming requests from our local sales teams across the globe — from product issues and process questions to training needs and improvement ideas. Your role is key to keeping our sales organization running smoothly, improving efficiency, and helping Sales teams focus on what matters most: our clients and their success.
You’ll also lead projects to simplify workflows, optimize tools, and continuously improve how our teams operate — ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes across markets.

1/ Sales Support
Be the point of contact for Sales teams on tools, processes, and product-related questions.
Coordinate and prioritize issue resolution, providing clear and timely updates.
Keep documentation and training materials up to date.
Provide local individual or small group training when needed
2/ Monitoring, reporting and insights
Analyze support activity and KPIs to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
Build and update dashboards to track the activity and the progress & impact of key initiatives.
Turn data into insights to guide priorities and decisions.
3/ Coordination with Central Teams
Act as the link between local Sales teams and central Product, Operations, and IT.
Escalate, track, and follow up on issues to ensure fast resolution.
Contribute to the rollout and testing of new tools and processes.
Share feedback and insights from the field to improve central initiatives.
Centralize, challenge and qualify the improvement needs gathered from local teams
Represent local needs and user feedback in cross-functional meetings and projects.
4/ Improving Productivity & Efficiency
Lead or support projects that increase productivity of local teams
Promote best practices and help teams fully leverage Sales tools and processes.
Identify and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
Ensure successful adoption of new processes/products.
Track and communicate project results, highlighting impact on efficiency, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative and proactive mindset.
Customer-oriented, pedagogical, and adaptable; able to train, explain, and simplify complex topics.
Fluent in English; experience working with multicultural teams is a plus.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, able to analyze data, build dashboards, and present results clearly and effectively.
