Description du poste
En qualité de HR data analyst et rattaché(e) au département HR Operations, vous:
Aidez les équipes RH et opérationnelles, incluant la RSE, à identifier les indicateurs de pilotage de leurs activités et concevez les solutions appropriées.
Produisez des reports et des analyses à destination du Business pour les aider à piloter leurs indicateurs RH et la performance de leur équipe d’un point de vue RH (learning, attrition, performance, etc)
Maintenez et améliorez le modèle de données actuel dans PowerBI, et assurez la production et la mise à disposition de nos tableaux de bord RH mensuels
Etes le point de contact sur les demandes de data/reporting RH :
Qualification et priorisation des demandes reçues (sur le service Desk dans Jira)
Challenger, informer et conseiller les clients internes (RH, business, managers, …)
Participez et contribuez à la construction de la roadmap data RH 2025-2026
Qualifications
Vous avez une formation en HR Data / Analytics (développement et analyse de données) et une première expérience Stage et/ou Alternance
Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et notamment de visualisation. Idéalement vous avez une maitrise d'un outil type Tableau ou Power BI
Anglais obligatoire
Capacité à restituer l’information de façon visuelle et ergonomique
Sens du service et curiosité pour l’aspect opérationnel
Autonomie, rigueur
Appétence à travailler avec de la donnée RH
Travail en équipe, collaboratif
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement mouvant
