It requires a strategic, execution-focused project manager with analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Reporting to the VP of the Office of Chief Marketing Product and Operations (CMPO), the Senior Project Manager – Strategy & Operations will partner with top management to translate Believe’s strategy into concrete operational initiatives across Operations, Product and Marketing. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, support executive decision-making, and ensure our organization executes effectively on its priorities.

  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Product & Operations, and department heads to turn group strategy into operational roadmaps.

  • Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles (OKRs, KPIs, budgets) for Ops, Product and Marketing

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and board materials to support decision-making.

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead transversal projects involving multiple functions (Ops, Product, Finance, Legal, HR, and Tech as partner).

  • Examples:

  • Integration of newly acquired entities (PMI, process alignment, organizational changes).

  • Global roll-out of new services, tools, or processes impacting multiple markets.

  • Efficiency initiatives (e.g., scaling operations without proportional headcount growth).

  • Ensure alignment of dependencies with Tech and other enabling teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Design and implement governance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and performance reviews.

  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, processes, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead change management efforts.

Leadership & Influence

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by bringing structure, clarity, and actionable insights.

  • Build strong relationships across global markets and functions, acting as a connector between teams.

Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior PMO roles in a global, fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Strong program/project management, governance, and change management expertise.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to build business cases and financial models.

  • Proven ability to work with C-level executives and influence decision-making.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).

Mindset:

  • Strategic thinker, hands-on executor.

  • Adaptable, collaborative, comfortable in ambiguity.

  • Global mindset, culturally aware, with ability to engage stakeholders across departments and regions.
