Job Description

As a business partner to several key divisions of the company (Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations), you will be responsible for the proper execution and improvement of financial analytics.

This includes budget construction and monitoring, tracking of full costs and their analytical reporting, as well as project cost monitoring.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a step back from issues.

Responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Budget & Rollingforecast: Throughout the year, be able to collect, challenge and consolidate cost trends from business leaders. Present them to decision-makers in a reliable and clear manner.

• Cost modeling: Understanding and monitoring the mechanisms of the total cost of a digital product, through its components (personnel costs, licensing, other expenses, etc.). This includes supervising time allocation, i.e., the quality of declarations and the consistency of their financial allocation to products or projects.

• Project cost management: Be able build and monitor the costs and ROI of investment business cases. With an in-depth knowledge of his environment, be able to write analytical reviews to explain business cases activities. Prepare project cost forecast and alert when under or over cost happens.

• Datadriven: Be data driven to industrialize and automate cost tracking. This requires a close relationship with data teams, as well as the ability to create and improve dashboards.

More generally, the financial business analyst will develop an analytical posture. He or she will also be focused on continuous improvement and process automation, by being data driven first.

Qualifications

You are datadriven first, committed, curious and rigorous in your work. You know how to work in a constantly evolving environment. You know how to build constructive and trusting relationships with your stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate finance, demonstrating autonomy and in-depth expertise. Knowledge of macro-planning and project milestones. Ability to handle both costs and deadlines. Ideally with a background in financial auditing, such as the Big Four. Fluent in French is mandatory
